1. chop bell peppers and onions in a med dice, then add to bowl.
2. wash cilantro, then fine dice cilantro and jalapeno peppers.
3. add all ingredients and mix well.
remove only the bulk of cilantro stems, don't waste your time removing every leaf from the stem because they also have a lot of flavor. wash, remove bare stems, and chop away.
