Mix the vinegar, oil and spices in small bowl.
Double up (2) - 1 gal Ziploc bags. Rinse each wing with water, remove and discard wing tip, then cut at joint. Place in Ziploc bag.
Pour the marinade in the bag, over the chicken wings and leave in fridge for at least a few hours.
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Drain the marinade out of the bag.
Add the almond flour and shake to coat all of the chicken wings.
Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven at 400*F for 20 minutes.
Turn the wings over, salt and pepper second side, to taste. Continue baking for another 25minutes.
Serve immediately. *Sprinkle individual servings with malt vinegar, to taste.
