Suggest a better descriptionUsing hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, marshmallow cream, confectioner's sugar, & dulce de leche until combined. Transfer to a shallow serving dish (best if there's a lot of surface area so that toppings are dipped with every bite).
Top with pecans and drizzle with hot dulce de leche; sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Serve chilled with sliced apples and assorted cookies.
(NOTE: Delce de leche will stiffen a bit if refrigerated, so add it just before serving so that it's easier to dip into.)
