Place the cheese and apple slices in a hot non stick frying pan. Jiggle the pan a little so that fat from the cheese coats the apple. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes until both the apple and the cheese are a lovely caramel color. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
