Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl combine warm water and yeast and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a medium size bowl combine flour, and salt.
Using a fork cut the butter into the flour then add the yeast mixture and combine to a ball.
Knead dough for 10 minutes then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare a sheet pan with a silpat and heat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a pasta sheeter roll small portions of the dough (size of a golf ball) through until you reach setting #6.
Place sheet on baking pan and cut with stylized cutter.
Bake until slightly browned, approx 10 minutes.
Let cool and store in a air tight container.
