These wings are not really that salty but when my daughter was young she called them that as compared to fried wings.
Melt butter in a pan and add all the ingredients except the wings. Place the wings in a buttered baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the wings. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until,the wings are golden brown.
