Once the oil is heated sound comes
Then add onion 1 cut into pieces
Little curry leaves
Little dhaniya
Allow the onions to turn golden brown
Add one tamato cut into pieces
Add raw mango cut into square pieces after peeling the skin 5 to 6 cubes
Add sambhar powder ( or hing haldi and chilli powder as substitute)
Add half cup water and let it to boil by closing the lid for 10 minutes in slow
In the boiled daal with water
Add imli soaked in water ( imli purée)
Add the daal and imli mix to vegetable mix and add salt to taste and allow it to cook for 10 more minutes in slow to become as thick as you want
