Mince in a lettuce cup
Heat the frying pan till hot
Add peanut oil, onion, garlic, ginger and mince, stir fry till mince changes colour
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and lime juice and stir-fry for 3 mins
Stir in beansprouts
Spoon into lettuce 'cups' and sprinkle with peanuts to serve
