Suggest a better descriptionCoat large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Brown chicken pieces and remove to a plate. Add Olive Oil to pan and heat. Brown garlic in pan being careful not to burn. Once garlic is brown, add soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Return chicken to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for about 15 minutes to make sure chicken is cooked through. When chicken is finished, remove to a plate again. Combine corn starch and cold water in a cup and add to sauce, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over it. I usually serve this over a bed of egg noodles with broccoli on the side.
