Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press 1/2 into bottom of small trifle bowl
Prepare each pudding mix, seperately as according to box directions.
Alternate a layer of cheesecake pudding,chocolate pudding & cool whip.
Add remaining cookie crumb mixture, then again alternate puddings ending with a thick layer of cool whip. Drizzle top with chocolate syrup & sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Chill at least 2 hours then enjoy!
