Suggest a better descriptionCook ziti, cook onion and garlic. Add tomatoes to onion and garlic. Mix ricotta and 3 cups of mozarella and spices. Add to tomato mixture. Add ziti and to with 1 cup of mozerella. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
