Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and herbs (garlic, basil, salt, pepper) to taste.
Boil shells for 4 minutes.
Combine 1/2 mozzarella, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Coat bottom of 9 x 13 pan with sauce.
Pour the rest of the sauce over the shells and top with the rest of the mozzarella.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered.
