Layer dry ingredients in a mason jar for a gift

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (test instructions as came from cowboy cookies).
Grease cookie sheets.
In medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients (entire contents of the jar). Mixture will be thick.
Shape into walnut-sized balls. Place 2" apart on cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
