Preheat oven to 400F. Mix rice, beans and pepper is 13 x 9 dish. Combine soup and 1 can of water, then pour evenly over rice mixture. Top with chicken. Spoon salsa over chicken. Bake 35 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
