1) Preheat oven to 375(F) degrees. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; mix lightly until combined.
2) Spoon 1/4 of chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate or round baking dish; top with a tortilla. Then layer another 1/4 of chicken mixture and 1/4 c. shredded cheese. Cover with another tortilla, another 1/4 of chicken mixture, 1/4 c. cheese, and remaining tortilla. Top with remaining 1/4 of chicken mixture, remaining 1/4 c. cheese; cover with foil.
3) Bake 20 minutes, remove foil and cook an additional 10 minutes or until completely bubbly and golden brown. Remove and let stand (if you can handle it) for 5 to 10 minutes; slices hold together a bit nicer that way.
