Mix potatoes, red onions, celery, apples and walnuts in a bowl.
In separate bowl mix dill/sweet pickle relish, mayo, dijon mustard, tumeric, everything seasoning, and roasted red peppers and blend.
Pour dressing over potato mixture and blend well.
