Suggest a better descriptionThis is what my DH asks for whenever we get fresh ground pork! Cook it up just like patty sausage. Very Southwestern! Sometimes, just for kicks, I add 1/2 tsp ginger to it. It gives a different heat than the cayenne. Posted to bbq-digest by robley brown
