Suggest a better descriptionSoak peanuts in water for 1 minute
Heat oil with oil and stir fry peanuts for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
Add more oil,then add onion, ginger & garlic until soft. Remove from pan.
Stir fry chicken pieces, then add to skewers, keep warm.
Add coconut, peanut butter, chili sauce & Ginger mixture, simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in milk, sugar & salt.
Serve kebabs with dipping sauce on side.
