This is based on a camping recipe which used hamburger and no veggies. It can be done on the campfire, on the grill, or in the oven.
Lay out two large squares of foil, and butter them.
Slice the potatoes and sausage, and arrange them on the buttered foil.
Add the vegetables and the pepper.
Wrap up the foil by rolling the edges together so you make 2 pouches of food.
Place the foil pouches in the embers of a campfire, on a grill, or in an oven heated to 400 F.
Cook for 20 minutes, flip, and cook another 20 minutes.
