2. Add Dijon Mustard and herbs, blend
3. Add Red Wine Vinegar and turn on food processor, slowly pouring in oil mixture to emuslify
4. Rough Chop Hard Boiled eggs and fold into emulsified dressing. We want some pieces of egg for texture.
5. Fold in 1 C Mayo
6. Season with S&P and store in Quart Containers
