We found this delicious sauce difficult to keep warm enough to be of serving consistency. It may have needed more milk. It might work really well in a little crockpot.
Microwave the cheese and milk, (plus the dry mustard, Tabasco, onion powder or paprika, if using) in a microwave-safe dish on high.
Stir well at 30-second intervals, until the cheese is melted and mixture is smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes total - you may need to add more milk, if desired).
Serve hot over cooked cauliflower or broccoli (or your favorite vegetable). Enjoy!
