Rub the salt, ground mustard and cayenne pepper over pork.. Brown each side for 5 minutes.
Remove and place in a greased crock pot.
Pour chopped onion and sauces over top.
Cook on high for 1 hour and then low for 4 hours.
Remove and shred.
Put back in sauce for 30 minutes.
