Suggest a better descriptionHeat a skillet. Add 1 tsp oil. Add mushrooms and 1/8 tsp salt, saute 8 min. Add Marsala, cook 1 min. Add stock, bring to a boil, cook 2 min. Remove pan from heat, stir in cream and 1/8 tsp pepper. Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet. Add remaining oil to pan. Add cutlets, cook until done. Place 1 cutlet on each of 2 plates, top each serving with mushroom mixture. SERVE & ENJOY...
