Cover sauerkraut with water, bring to a boil, then drain.
Sautee onions in bacon.
Add sauerkraut and mushrooms.
Simmer for a couple of hours, adding water as needed, but you can brown the sauerkraut at some point.
Just before serving at a small amount of flour/water paste.
Season with Salt/Pepper & Maggi to taste.
Take a pork & beef roast cube and brown as if for a stew w/ chopped oinions.
Add meat to sauerkraut.
Make hearty, thick gravy and add to sauerkraut.
Add sliced Kielbasa sausage.
Simmer all day.
An hour before serving grate large potatoe into mixture.
Season to taste.
