Heat some oil in a large pan and add the onion, thyme and garlic. Stir and allow to soften. Then add the chilli and chorizo and mix well.
Step 2: Season
Add the paprika, chilli powder and cumin to the pan.
Step 3: Add More
Then add the pork sausages and give a good mix. Stir in the two cans of tin tomatoes. Then fill up one of the cans with water, add to the pan with the sugar and mix well again. Season with salt and pepper, before adding the cannellini beans to the pot. Leave to simmer on a medium to high heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4: Serve
Before you serve, mix in the parsley to the stew. Serve with slices of bread.
