Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan or oven proof casserole dish. Place bread in bottom of pan; sprinkle with the cooked sausage and cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl with a wire whisk. Pour over bread mixture in pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until mixture is set in center and lightly browned.
