Keto Meal Prep Breakfast
Take out a pan and heat the butter up. Add some molds into the pan and break the eggs inside, mixing with a fork.
Cook the eggs for 3 minutes before taking off the heat. Take one of the eggs and add half the cheese, one cooked sausage paty, and half teh mayo.
Place the other sausage on top of the avocado and finish with the cheese. Put the rest of the mayo on the egg and complete your sandwich.
