1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
2. Begin browning sausage
3. When sausage is half-browned, add peppers, onions and garlic
4. Continue cooking until sausage is done
5. Stir in spaghetti sauce
6. Cover and simmer 5 minutes
7. Sprinkle with cheese, turn off heat and cover pan for 5 minutes (until cheese is melted)
