1. Preheat oven to 400 F and cut sausages
2. Bring potatoes to a boil, reduce heat, let simmer for 10 minutes
3. Combine all ingredients in a dish and mix lightly
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes for lightly browned and veggies are tender
