Power Greens, beans, tomatoes and spicy sausage
In a large pot, on medium Sauté the sausage, until lightly browned (if using turkey sausage you may
need to add a tablespoon or so of oil). Add chopped onions, then a minute or so later garlic, sauté until
onions are softened (you are building flavor). Now add everything else and simmer for an hour to hour
and a half.
Really its any sausage you wish to use and any combination of greens.
