Suggest a better descriptionhere is the third recipe i promised. for the sausage, i use a one pound roll of bob evans zesty hot sausage. i make this about once a month and sharon just loves it. enjoy. 1. add olive oil to a saucepan over medium heat. 2. saute sliced garlic for about 1 min. 3. add the hot sausage, break up, and brown; during the last few minutes of browning, add onions and mushrooms. 4. add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and basil; bring to boil. 5. lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. suggestion: serve over your favorite pasta with grated romano.
