Instructions
Cook , drain and chop sausage. Cook bacon, add chopped onion to bacon grease. Sauté until translucent. Evenly distribute well drained sausage and bacon into muffin tins.
Mix eggs, cooked onion, Bisquick, half & half, salt and pepper together in separate bowl.
Pour liquid mixture evenly into cupcake tins fill about 3/4 full.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
