Cheesy Sausage Balls that are Keto friendly!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break up sausage in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir in the Almond Flour, Parmesan Cheese and baking powder.
Beat egg and salt in a small bowl and pour over the sausage mixture.
Add the softened butter and mix well.
Using a spoon, scoop out sausage mixture and roll into balls (should make approximately 24 balls).
Place evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Store in a Ziploc storage bag in the fridge.
