Leave loaf in refrigerator overnight to thaw and rise. Take bread out next day and roll out with small amount of flour until its flat and rectangular or about 18 by 8.
Crumble and cook the sausage - drain the grease
In a bowl mix the sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, pepper flakes to desired hotness parsley.
Pour the mixture onto the bread lengthwise.
Pull the bottom edge up over the mixture, then top down over the edge. Press the ends together to keep the mixture inside while it's cooking.
Place on baking sheet.
Brush a beaten egg on the outside of the load to help the dough brown while cooking.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350 oven.
