A simple quick meal that only uses 3 ingredients! Perfect when short on time and short on ingredients. This is also great for people on a high fat, low carb diet! And also, it tastes delicious!
Sausage and Cabbage
Preheat oven to 350 F
Butter the bottom and sides of your 13x9 baking dish
Dice up the cabbage and add it to the baking dish
Pour in 2 tablespoons of water
Cut up the sausage and layer on top of the cabbage
Cover with aluminum foil or lid and place in the preheated oven
Bake for 30 minutes with the cover on
Then bake for another 10 minutes with the cover removed to brown the top
