Place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling in mushroom cap
Optional - top sausage with 1/2 teaspoon of Alouette herbed cheese spread
Top mushrooms with sprinkling of grated Swiss cheese
Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and mushrooms browned.
