Suggest a better descriptionBatter for crepes: mix eggs, milk, oil & flour to make the crepe batter. Cover and put in fridge for 1 hour to chill.
Dice onion and brown sausage and onion together. Drain fat from sausage. Add cream cheese and shredded cheese to sausage mixture.
Crepe wraps: Heat griddle and use 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe wrap. Cook crepes as if you were making pancakes.
Fill crepes with sausage mixture and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Topping: Mox together melted butter, sour cream. Spread over prepared crepes. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and is heated through- about 15 minutes.
