A croissant sandwich wit sausage, egg and white American cheese.
Fry sausage patties in a pan.
While preparing the sausage heat up a flat griddle for the eggs.
Once sausage is cooked, place them on paper towel for draining.
Heat griddle to 300(F) degrees.
Cut one or two Croissants in half and place face down on buttered griddle.
Beat eggs and lightly salt and pepper. Pour eggs on griddle so they are very thin. Cook approximately 30 seconds, add a half slice of cheese then fold egg in half until cheese melts. Cook a few more seconds then place croissant on plate add a sausage patty plus the folded egg and cheese.
Proceed one or two sandwiches at a time until complete.
