Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer cheeses first and then sausage and butter.
Then, mix beaten eggs with everything else and pour over.
Cook 40 minutes @ 350 degrees. Sometimes I have to cook an additional 10 minutes to get done. It will be a bit soupy when it first comes out of the oven but will set up firmly after it cools for a minute. Enjoy!
