-Brown sausage over medium heat.
-Drain off all but 2 Tablespoons of grease.
-Remove from heat, stir in flour until a blonde paste is formed, return to heat.
-Add 1 3/4 C of milk, stir until thickened to coat a spoon, add salt and pepper.
-Thicken sauce a little more, add remaining milk to loosen before serving.
-Serve over fresh biscuits.
