Cook sausage then add flour (you want equal parts flour and oil/drippings). The consistency should allow you to stir but without being too thick or too runny. On medium high heat cook for 1-2 minutes to allow flour to cook. Stir it constantly. It will begin to bubble. Add milk and continue to stir until it begins to thicken up 2-4 minutes. You can add more milk if you want it a thinner consistency. Salt and Pepper to taste. It will thicken some as it cools. Serve over biscuits.
