This is a family favorite and perfect MAN food!
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Spread pizza dough out. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over dough. Brown and drain sausage. Sprinkle sausage on top of cheese. Starting on one of the long ends roll up pizza dough so you have a long log, seam side down. Beat egg in bowl and brush over dough. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, dried onion, parsley and red pepper flakes. Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is done and golden brown. Slice and serve.
