Brown sausage. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Roll out crescent rolls into rectangles of two rolls. Spread sausage and cream cheese mixture onto crescent rolls and roll each section. Cut into small circles and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
