Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 425. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and make a hole in the center. Crack the eggs and add them to the bowl one by one.
2. Using a whisk, beat the milk into the eggs and flour until you gave a smooth batter, with no lumps. Stir in the chives and mustard.
3. Add 1 tsp of oil to each muffin hole and heat the tray in the oven for 3 minutes. Take the hot tray out of the oven and add a piece of sausage to each hole.
4. Put the tray back into the oven for 4 minutes. Remove the tray and half fill each hole with batter. Put it back in the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes.
5. Serve with onion gravy.
