Sauté sausage until brown and crumble. Remove and drain.
In same pan, sauté onion and pepper until soft.
Salt and pepper potatoes and press into bottom and sides of pie plate to form crust.
Sprinkle potatoes win
Th half of cheese
Combine sausage and veggies and place on too of cheese.
Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Salt and paper eggs and beat well. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425 for 45 to 60 minutes. If top starts to brown too fast, cover with foil. Cook until knife comes out clean.
