Make short-crust pastry as given in Kitchen Secrets recipe. Roll pastry into oblong, divide in two lengthwise. Divide sausage meat in two. Form into 2 rolls, each the length of the pastry. Dust with flour, paste on pastry. Roll each strip over to enclose sausage. Close seam by making a decorative edge with knife or fork. Brush with milk, cut into pieces 2 inches long. Place on baking sheet, bake in oven at 400F (204?C) for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350F (177?C) for 15 minutes more to cook sausage meat. Makes about 8 sausage rolls.
