Suggest a better descriptionWeigh out the dairy free spread and then place in freezer for 15 mins. Cut into cubes
Place flour and dairy free spread in a food processor. Pulse about 5 times so the dairy free spread is broken up but still visible. Turn On The food processor on so it is running on a low setting. Gradually pour in the cold water
Scoop dough into ball, wrap in cling film and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (will stay fresh for about 5 days)
Preheat oven to 180 (350)
Roll dough out into a triangle about 5mm thick
Place sausage into dough and roll tightly. Cut into small individual rolls, score the tops with a sharp knife. Brush the top with a beaten egg and salt / pepper to liking.
Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown
