Mix hot roll mix per package directions.
Divide into 2 balls
Roll each ball out on wax paper (very thin)
Put sausage mixture down middle of dough.
Pull dough over one side of sausage then pull other side over.
Place on baking pan.
Baste on egg yolk
Bake at 350 for 30 min
