Suggest a better descriptionHeat butter and oil in pan over medium heat until foaming. Squeeze large chunks of sausage meat out of skins and into pan. Cook for 5-8 mins. Add mushrooms and cook for a further five mins until browning. Stir in paprika and cook for 1 min before adding soured cream, mustard and stock. Season and simmer. Serve with pasta sprinkled with parsley.
