Quick week night meal
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut ends off of French bread loaf, set ends aside. Hollow out loaf with a long serrated knife leaving a 1/2" shell. Process the hollowed out bread in a food processor to make coarse crumbs.
3. Cook sausage, beef & onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Stir in 1 cup breadcrumbs, cheese and next 6 ingredients. Spoon into shell, put loaf ends back on with toothpicks.
4. Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic and cook 1 minute. Brush garlic butter over loaf. Wrap in foil leaving the top slightly open. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 minute. Cut into 4 pieces & serve.
